Abstract

In the article the indexes of lipid exchange are studied at new-borns at presence of preeclampsia at mothers. It is proved, that new-borns of this group have the indexes of lipid spectrum higher, than new-borns from mothers with the uncomplicated pregnancy. However at new-borns of Russian nationality dislipidemiya is more expressed on a background of preeclampsia at mothers, then at new-born of the Buryat nationality. Possibly, it testifies to stability of metabolism of lipids for the representatives of Mongol race due to the historically folded terms of life and feed.

Abstract

The variability of polymorphic variants of three interleukine genes (rs1143634 in the gene IL1B, rs3212227 in IL12B gene and rs2234663 in the gene IL1RN) in Yakuts is characterized. Associations of studied polymorphic variants with pulmonary tuberculosis in Yakuts are not revealed. A comparison of allele and genotype frequencies between groups of TB patients and between control groups of three ethnoses (Russians, Tuvinians and Yakuts) of Siberia is held. It was shown that the differences between the samples of patients from different ethnic groups were of different nature (variability of allele frequencies and genotypes) than at comparing population samples. These differences in the level of differentiation between groups of patients and control of different ethnicities suggest the existence of racial specificity of the frequency distribution of alleles and genotypes of the investigated genes-candidates of susceptibility to tuberculosis.

We analyzed the statistical material containing more than 19 thousand death cases from malignant tumors of the RS (Y) population for the period 1991-2007. Concept of the levels of mortality from MT in the country was obtained by using intensive and standardized parameters.
Results of the study. In Yakutia for the 1991 - 2007 marked tendency to decrease mortality from all forms of carcinomas has led to the fact that the ac By 2012 the prognosed levels of mortality from colorectal cancers will be essentially significant for the initial values.

Abstract

Prevalence and clinical-morphological manifestations of gastroduodenal pathology in 1503 schoolchildren of indigenous and non-indigenous population of Evenkia aged 7-16 years were under study. It was found that nearly half of the surveyed children had dyspeptic complaints, the prevalence of which was higher among indigenous schoolchildren. Erosive-ulcerative lesions of gastroduodenal zone, on the contrary, more often were diagnosed in non-indigenous schoolchildren. Besides there is a poor quality of medical care for children with gastroduodenal pathology, first of all, low and delayed diagnosis and treatment.

Populations of northern people, for thousands of years living in extreme conditions, in the result of centuries-old evolution have been formed by natural selection. In the Arctic indigenous people regardless of ethnicity many common features, both in the structure of the body, in a number of physiological characteristics, and in the development of a number of specific pathological processes were revealed. In the process of evolution in the specific nature-climatic conditions of the Far North only the gene complexes that are most appropriate for the inhabi-tancy were supported by selection.

Abstract

A long-term clinical observation of two monozygotic twin brothers with chronic hepatitis was held. Traditional general clinical laboratory tests and ELISA markers of hepatitis were used.
The disease in unvaccinated twins occurred with an interval of 7 years on the background of close home contact. In both brothers acute hepatitis transformed into the chronic form, with the second one - in the shortest terms. Acute hepatitis in the second brother coincides with the peak of the exacerbation of hepatitis in the first.
In this regard, vaccination of persons at risk in outbreak of viral HBV-infection is very important, as well as studying of the genetic properties of the viral agent and the response of microorganism by the help of molecular-genetic methods.
