Терапия больных раком молочной железы с тревожно-депрессивными расстройствами

Аннотация
Исследовались пациентки с гистологически верифицированным раком молочной железы, включая с впервые диагностированным РМЖ и с длительностью катамнеза 3–17 лет. В клинической картине у обследуемых выявлены депрессивные, тревожно–фобические и психосоматические расстройства, что в значительной степени снижало их качество жизни и отрицательно влияло на прогноз и выживаемость пациентов. Проведение специализированной фармакотерапии с применением антидепрессантов в комбинации с препаратами бензодиазепинового ряда и гипнотиками у больных РМЖ выявило высокие показатели эффективности проводимой комбинированной терапии.
