Аллостаз щитовидной железы 2 типа у жителей Якутии

Аннотация
В настоящей работе у жителей Якутии с помощью математической модели SPINA в зимне-весенний период при отрицательных температурах атмосферного воздуха (от -47 до -11°С) проведена оценка аллостатической реакции щитовидной железы. Изменение гомеостаза оси гипоталамус-гипофиз-щитовидной железы (аллостаз 2 типа) при низких температурах атмосферного воздуха выявлено у 70% обследованных лиц, проживающих в экстремально холодных климатических условиях Центральной Якутии.
