Frequency of revealing of Candida at the tuberculosis of the respiratory system. Interrelation with the drug sensitivity spectrum of Mycobacterium tuberculosis
Abstract
The findings are presented stressing the need for timely diagnosis of candidiasis in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, confirming the association between the presence of nonspecific flora in smear-positive tuberculosis patients and increased number of unfavorable outcomes of anti-tuberculosis therapy, and the association between the risk of development of drug-resistance in M.tuberculosis and microbial concurrence of M.tuberculosis and yeast-fungi.
