В статье приводятся данные о необходимости своевременной диагностики кандидозной инфекции у больных туберкулезом легких, взаимосвязи наличия неспецифической микрофлоры у больных туберкулёзом бактериовыделителей с повышением частоты неблагоприятных исходов противотуберкулёзного лечения, а также риске развития лекарственной устойчивости микобактерий туберкулеза при их микробной ассоциации с дрожжеподобными грибами.

The findings are presented stressing the need for timely diagnosis of candidiasis in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, confirming the association between the presence of nonspecific flora in smear-positive tuberculosis patients and increased number of unfavorable outcomes of anti-tuberculosis therapy, and the association between the risk of development of drug-resistance in M.tuberculosis and microbial concurrence of M.tuberculosis and yeast-fungi.
