Numerous researches of last years confirm that inhabitants of different geographical regions differ from each other by features of morphofunctional characteristics, including features of puberty. In the article the physiology of puberty of child in the North from positions of development of secondary sexual attributes is presented.

The current of early neonatal period in 25 full-term newborns and in 88 prematurely born infants of various gestational age, born on territory of Nerjungrinsky area of Republic Sakha (Yakutia), is analyzed. The current of the adaptable period was compared with the data of newborns of central part of Russia. The studying of features of organ, neuroendocrinal, metabolic and immune adaptation has shown disturbance of adaptable possibilities connected with the prolonged influence of pre-natal hypoxia and metabolic disorders in prematurely borns who were born in extreme climate-geographical zones.

The article shows the results of the examination performed for native boys and adolescents of Tyva Republic aged from 7 to 18, schoolchildren of the town of Kyzil. We carried out somatometry, determined the level of physical and gamic development. We marked harmonic physical development in 56.5% schoolchildren. In junior schoolchildren disharmony, caused by overweight, prevailed over other disharmonic variants. Disharmony, connected with different stages of body mass deficit, prevailed in senior schoolchildren. We found delay in puberty in 29% schoolchildren. In majority of the examined adolescents pubertal development process was not completed up to the age of 18. The revealed peculiarities of physical and biological development in schoolchildren are typical for acceleration stabilization and the start of retardation, being able to provide negative effect upon the realization of reproductive potential of the growing generation.

This study presents the data on children and adolescents of Republic Sakha (Yakutia) with the hereditary coagulopathies, hemophilia A and B, Willebrandt disease. The family history, structure of hereditary coagulopathies and treatment have been analyzed. The clinical use of concentrates of blood clotting factors VIII or IX improved results of treatment and life quality of children and adolescents with hemophilia and Willebrandt disease.

In 132 healthy children of 4-12 years of Evenkia and Krasnoyarsk structurally functional properties of erythrocytes membranes with definition in them of lipid spectrum, microviscosity of superficial and hydrocarbon layers, a level of the connected water and fat-soluble vitamin alpha-tocopherol are studied. The revealed regional features of structural updating of erythrocyte membranes testify about increased updating of lipid components of erythrocytes membranes in non-native children of Evenkia, and also about role of membrane-connected water in stabilization of erythrocyte membranes.

225 adolescents with the symptoms of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia with the different severity and 60 healthy adolescents were examined. The detection of the hypophysis-thyroid system hormones (TTH, T3, T4, FT4), cortizole and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEA-s) revealed reliable difference in the examined groups and in control group. The variability of hormonal levels depends upon the severity of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia, gender and the age of the adolescent.

In the present research features of the immune status of children with chronic tonsillitis, connected with frequency of the aggravation of the basic disease, are characterized. Efficiency of concrete methods of preventive treatment of children with attributes of the immune deficiency status, consisting in authentic decrease in them frequency of aggravations of a chronic tonsillitis at course use of the certain schemes of rehabilitation therapy is shown.

Efficiency and safety of application of fenazepam in complex therapy in 60 patients with IHD, acute myocardial infarction, complicated by rhythm disorders is studied. It is established that on a background of standard treatment with cardiotropic preparations with addition of fenazepam in a daily doze of 1 mg in patients with acute myocardial infarction as a whole statistically significant reduction of both over-ventricular and ventricular extrasystoles is marked. In patients of control group with acute myocardial infarction on a background of standard treatment reduction of geterotropic arrhythmias is marked, however unlike the basic group significant changes are not revealed.

With the purpose of studying of clinical-endoscopic displays of stomach mucous membrane and duodenum lesions, induced by reception of non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs, in the various ethnic groups living in Republic Sakha (Yakutia), the analysis of clinical-endoscopic displays of gastroduodenal lesions in 181 patients, including 86 natives and 95 non-natives is carried out.
It is revealed, that in clinical displays of gastroduodenal lesions induced by reception of non steroid anti-inflammatory drugs, there is a number of features. In the native patients dyspeptic disturbance prevailed, intensity of a painful syndrome was considerably low; frequency of atrophic changes of stomach mucous membrane was considerably higher, than in non-natives.

Polymorphic variants of the genes responsible for functioning of factors of endothelial system: endothelial synthase of nitrogen oxide, angiotensin converting enzyme and methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase were under research. Authentic differences of alleles and genotypes on a locus - C691T of gene eNOS and I/D-polymorphism of gene ACE in the studied groups are revealed. It is possible to consider C-allele of a polymorphic variant - С691Т of gene eNOS and D-allele of gene ACE as component of hereditary predisposition to gestosis development in the Yakut population.

We show comparative analysis of clinical laboratory study patients with chronic rhinitis and maxillary sinusitis, associated and non-associated with Chlamydia infection. In patients with Chlamydia infection we found one-direction pathological disturbances from the side of immune system, typical for the patients with or without Chlamydia. The disturbances were combined with some peculiarities of immune response to infection agent. In nose and nasal sinus Chlamydia infection disease we didn’t mark the activation of immunity humoral link, found in non-verified Chlamydia infection. Metabolic response of lymphocytes in identified Chlamydia infection was poorly expressed.

The submitted work is based on the analysis of results of surgical treatment of 89 patients with pancreatic necrosis infected forms, in view of a complex estimation of intensity of infringement of peroxidation processes, and conditions of antioxidation systems. The carried out researches specify increase of value of a role of independent predictors of inflammations in a complex estimation of the forecast of disease and probability of complication after the carried out operative intervention at acute destructive pancreatitis.

Surgical treatment of stenosing lesions of carotids has proved as a reliable way of prevention and treatment of chronic cerebrovascular failure. The purpose of our research was definition of opportunities of duplex scanning and X-ray contrast carotid angiography in diagnostics of stenosing lesions of carotids. 1825 patients who have passed duplex scanning with clinic of cerebrovascular failure are included in research. The comparative analysis of results of duplex scanning and angiography is spent in 139 patients. We consider that X-ray contrast angiography is defining research for the correct diagnosis of a stenosis of carotids.

11 patients infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis (MBT) within no more than 2 year term at absence of radiological attributes of local primary tuberculosis and 10 patients with for the first time revealed pulmonary tuberculosis were included into our research. During immunological research populational structure of peripheral blood lymphocytes and perforin production by peripheral blood mononuclears before antibacterial therapy were defined. At an induction by both PPD and ESAT-6 antigens percents of cytotoxic (CD8) Т– lymphocytes, producing perforin, were considerably higher in group of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis, than in group of MBT infected patients. The received results testify to an opportunity of differentiation of a latent tubercular infection from active process at the analysis of antigen-induced population perforin producing cytotoxic Т– lymphocytes.

Modulating influence of physiologically active connection (Reamberin) on GABA-ergic system of laboratory rats is investigated. Positive changes in behaviour of experimental animals on a background of Reamberin application in a doze of 60 mg/kg intraperitoneally are revealed. Stress protective effect is noted.

In the article the results of poll and research of definition of the level of physical health of 294 first-year students of M.K. Ammosov Nord-Eastern Federal University are represented.

The additional state prophylactic medical examination of the working population enables to pass under free of charge necessary set of researches (survey of 7 experts and 11 clinical-laboratory tests), to define health state, receive medical recommendations in treatment of diseases and to provide the dynamic control over health state of each person. However absence of clear motivation of participants of prophylactic medical examination, a level of health protection of the working population can influence quality and efficiency of the given action. Thus, in additional prophylactic medical examination the further perfection of a technique and quality of carrying out is required.

The estimation of a personnel component, parameters of morbidity and temporary disability of medical workers of municipal medical institutions of Yakutsk is spent. It is established that the structure of morbidity of medical workers of municipal medical institutions of Yakutsk does not differ from the Russian parameters. If parameters of morbidity of medical workers of Yakutsk have decreased, then parameters of cases of temporary disability, in days on 100 working people and average duration of 1 case of invalidity, exceed those across Russia. Results of research confirm necessity of the further studying of the reasons of lengthening of temporary disability terms of medical workers of Yakutsk.

In the article has considered possibility of survival of test microbiotic in conditions contamination frozen breeds’ tests . According to results of research it has revealed that the superficial stratums contain more microorganisms, than its central parts. The analysis of the ancient paleomicroorganisms possible to do from central parts of monoliths only.

The need of invalids due to osteoarthrosis and rheumatic arthritis in technical means of rehabilitation for 2006-2008 according to data of individual programs of rehabilitation (IPR) of invalids, developed in the bureau of medical-social examination located in Irkutsk is studied. In IPR all necessary technical means of rehabilitation according to the Federal list approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation from December, 30th, 2005 № 2347, and additional technical means of rehabilitation under the regional social program were included.
Obtained data are necessary for planning of real volume of means of the federal budget necessary for performance of actions, specified in IPR of invalids.

Using of transpupillar thermotherapy of optic disc in patients with central retinal vein and its branches thrombosis allows directed influence on mechanisms providing regional blood flow and achieving stable improvement of visual functions.

Thermopsis jacutica is a valuable medicinal herb, endemic of Central Yakutia. The Yakutian subspecies of thermopsis possesses strongly expressed pharmacological and toxic properties. The article brings the data related to the primary introduction of the species (seasonal growth, morphometric characteristics of shoots). Ontogenic condition of the species in cenopopulation is represented.

The analysis of cytokine g-IFN participation in the immune response of the patient has revealed existence of three stages of immune reactivity in pathogenesis, defining Viluisk encephalomyelitis clinical forms.

Here are shown the basic aspects which define living conditions and health of the Northern population which appear on the background of the specific natural situation. Some examples of typical diseases are given which appear in Northern regions of Russia in result of the effect of natural and technogenic factors.
