Генетические полиморфизмы системы гемостаза

Аннотация
В статье представлены основные гены системы гемостаза: FGB, FII, FV, FVII, FXIII, ITGA2, ITGB3, MTHFR, PAI-1, а также гены, имеющие отношение к системе гемостаза. Описана роль полиморфизмов данных генов в формировании патологических состояний, таких как тромбозы и тромбофилии, также рассмотрены полиморфизмы генов гемостаза, имеющие протективный эффект.
