Main indicators in state program efficacy evaluation: maternal and child healthcare in the Arctic zone of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia)

Abstract

The article presents the key indicators of the maternal and child health service for 2000-2018 in the Arctic regions of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia) and in general in the RS (Ya) and the Russian Federation. The article analyzes the indicator of infant and maternal mortality in the RS (Ya), including in the Arctic zone. It is noted that according to the official medical statistics, the infant and maternal mortality rate in the Arctic zone of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia) has reached a historical minimum.
