The molecular and genetic analysis of the autosomal microsatellites used in judicial-genetic examination, in populations of Yakutia
Abstract
The purpose of research. The analysis of polymorphism of the autosomal microsatellites used in judicial-genetic examination, in populations of Yakutia (Yakuts, Evenks, Yukaghirs and Dolgans).
Materials and methods. 227 samples of DNA of representatives of indigenous people of RS (Y) with use of a method of polymerase chain reaction were genotyped.
Results of research. Frequencies of alleles and genotypes of microsatellite markers of a nuclear genome D3S1358, D16S539, LPL, HUM vWFII and D8S179 are defined. The estimation of parameters of suitability of the given markers for identification problems is lead.
The conclusion. Investigated autosomal microsatellite loci will be used in the further in criminalist and judiciary practice of our region, namely in molecular and genetic analyses of identification of the person, and also at an establishment of consanguinity.
