Clinical and epidemiological situation of cardiovascular diseases in Republic Sakha (Yakutia)

Abstract

In the article clinical and epidemiological “portrait” of a cardiovascular pathology in Yakutia with the purpose of development of the scientifically-proved programs of primary and secondary preventive maintenance in region is presented.
Results of inspection of the population of Republic Sakha (Yakutia) on results of one-stage epidemiological and clinical researches are analysed.
High morbidity of diseases of system of blood circulation, high prevalence of the arterial hypertension, rather favorable structure of lipid spectrum of blood are revealed. The risk of the general death rate, death rate from cardiovascular diseases correlates with the age, a level of systolic arterial pressure, superfluous weight of a body, the status of smoking and inversely proportional to an educational level. It is recommended to raise efficiency of the Republican target subprogram «Preventive maintenance and treatment of an arterial hypertension» and to strengthen cardiological service of Republic Sakha (Yakutia).
