The clinical and morphological characteristic of a virus hepatitis C in Yakutia
Abstract
98 patients with chronic virus hepatitis C (57 men and 41 women) at the age of 19 to 69 years were surveyed on the basis of hepatites department of the Yakut city clinical hospital. Clinical current of a chronic virus hepatitis C was characterized by wide spectrum hepatic and off-hepatic displays. It was noted, that the combination of damaging factors of the alcoholic and virus origin increases the frequency and speed of development of cirrhosis of a liver. Morphological research of bioptats of 40 patients with defi nition of indexes of histological activity and a sclerosis on Knodell scale showed the prevalence of a chronic hepatitis C of low and minimal activity with poorly expressed fi brosis. In some cases the degree of desmoplastic process in a liver mismatched the activity of infl ammatory process.
