State of the immune status of patients with frostbites in RS (Y)
Abstract
The purpose. An estimation of the immune status of patients with frostbites depending on a phase of injury process.
Materials and methods. 95 men with frostbites of a different degree of heaviness and localization in the age of from 18 till 62 years have been surveyed.
Results. For the fi rst time dynamics of changes of the immune status depending on a phase of injury process is researched. In the fi rst days of a cold trauma an immune defi cit of T-cell link is revealed (СД3 +, СД4 +, СД8 +), on later terms – decrease of a humoral link (СД24 +, IgA, IgM). The presented data testify that at the cold trauma there are infringements of cellular and humoral immunity, demanding immunomodulating therapy
