The features of premorbid background of women of young age with the diagnosed hysteromyoma

Abstract

Purpose. Studying of premorbid background and clinical current for the first time diagnosed hysteromyoma in young women (till 30 years).
Materials and methods. Examination was spent on the basis of the Center of science of medicine and the Prenatal Center of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) of Yakutsk. In our research prospectively and retrospectively the inspections of 101 patients with hysteromyoma (in diameter from 1 up to 9 sm), being under our supervision from 2004 to 2006, were included.
Results. A hysteromyoma is more often diagnosed after 25 years. Between a regular sexual life and the first childbirth passes not less than 9.3 years. A leading symptom of infringement of menstrual period was hyperpolymenorrhea 55.5 %, with the subsequent development of hypochromic anemia. From accompanying gynecologic diseases it is necessary to allocate hyperplasia of endometrium, cyst and ovarian cystoma. Chronic extragenital diseases and their combination (2-3 in each patient) are probable. Promotes a somatic mutation of cells.
Conclusion. The given pathology in young women develops more often on a background of numerous diseases and absence of duly realization of reproductive function.
