To the question of life quality studying in patients with the intestinal tank after the low frontal resection
Abstract
The analysis of results of treatment of 42 patients after a low frontal resection with forma-tion of the intestinal tank is lead. Inspection was held in control terms with application of scales SF-36 and Wexner score. In terms in 1 - 3 months after operation main complaints of patients with again generated “ampoule” of rectum were incontinence of liquid feces and gas - 61,9 % that de-manded change of a life way. In terms about 6 up to 12 months after operation only 14,3 % of pa-tients have been forced «to change a way of life», that is caused first of all «by inclusion in work» of a tank, that was generated instead of the removed ampoule of rectum. The analysis of scale SF 36 and the nearest terms after operation has shown growth of life quality first of all due to PF (physical functioning), BP (body pain) and what is very important SF (social functioning). All this testifies to social rehabilitation and labour rehabilitation of the patient, and high enough degree of life quality in the nearest and remote terms after operation of a low frontal resection of rectum with formation of an ampullary tank.
