Course and community-acquired pneumonia features during A/H1N1 2009 flu

Abstract

Research was made during the period of a pandemic flu A/H1N1 2009. We did a retrospective analysis of 79 medical histories of patients with diagnosis “community-acquired pneumonia”. Clinical features, disease severity, localization of the process, presence of complications, treatment and outcome of the disease have been examined. The greatest group was compounded by young men with moderate current of pneumonia with prevalence of leucopenia in the blood clinical analysis. In treatment standard schemes of antibacterial therapy were used, in all cases clinical and radiological acknowledgement of pneumonia took place.
