Abstract

The analysis of results of thrombolytic therapy application in patients with acute myocardial infarction in Yakutsk is carried out. Alteplase and tenecteplase were applied as thrombolytic. It is shown that their application, since a pre-hospital stage, reduces time of reperfusion and reduces mortality at acute myocardial infarction.
