Hereditary coagulopathies in children and adolescents of Republic Sakha (Yakutia)

Abstract

This study presents the data on children and adolescents of Republic Sakha (Yakutia) with the hereditary coagulopathies, hemophilia A and B, Willebrandt disease. The family history, structure of hereditary coagulopathies and treatment have been analyzed. The clinical use of concentrates of blood clotting factors VIII or IX improved results of treatment and life quality of children and adolescents with hemophilia and Willebrandt disease.
