Variations of individual adaptation of children living in various regions of Siberia
Abstract
With the purpose of studying of individual adaptation of children living in various regions of Siberia, 208 pupils of 7-15 years of Krasnoyarsk and Evenkia are surveyed. By the method of microfluoremetery with use of a fluorescent probe of chloride tetracycline reactance of erythrocyte membranes of children to exogenic bioregulators of vegetative nervous system is studied. The revealed different variants of reactance of cellular membranes on bioregulators in children of various regions of Siberia have universal character. It is shown, that adaptive activity is individual and is accompanied by increase of activity of strategic mechanisms of regulation homeostatic functions in children of non-indigenous population of Evenkia while in children of indigenous population of Evenkia and Krasnoyarsk their low functional activity is observed.
