New approaches in the organization of the antitubercular help to children in conditions of specialized sanatoria

Abstract

The results of implementation in the Republic Sakha (Yakutia) of the new approaches in the organization of sanatorium for children from risk groups for tuberculosis are presented.
The efficiency of organizational and methodological work carried by Republican Children’s Tuberculosis Sanatorium after T. P.Dmitrieva with district children’s tuberculosis sanatoria is analyzed. Results of the work to strengthen the sanatorium’s material base, training and retraining of medical personnel and teachers, educators, the rational use of sanatorium beds are shown. The positive impact of new approaches to management of tuberculosis care for children in specialized sanatoria in the incidence of tuberculosis among children in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is established.
