Роль полиморфных вариантов генов NOD2/CARD15, DLG5 и TLR4 при болезни Крона и неспецифическом язвенном колите

Аннотация

В обзоре представлены данные о влиянии полиморфных вариантов генов NOD2/CARD15, DLG5, TLR4 на риск развития заболевания, возраст манифестации, частоту осложнений, протяженность воспалительного процесса по длине кишечника при воспалительных заболеваниях кишечника.
