Estimation of inflammatory process activity at extra-hospital pneumonia
Abstract
The contents of interleukine - 6 (IL-6), the tumor necrosis factor - α (TNF- α), C- reactive protein (СRP) and procalcitonin (PCT) in blood serum of 50 patients with extra-hospital pneumonia in various clinical-morphological groups is investigated. Authentic increase of IL-6, СRP and PCT levels in 2-3 times in comparison with parameters in practically healthy persons is revealed. Sharp increase of PCT, CRP is recorded at connection of infectious complications at the extra-hospital pneumonia.
