Affinoleukin application in complex treatment of lungs tuberculosis in teenagers
Abstract
The clinical and immunocorrective efficacy of the immunotherapeutic drug Affinoleukin (AFL) in the complex treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in adolescents is investigated. At the immunological study in patients treated with AFL a specific increase in antigen-induced production of interferongamma (IFN-g) in samples of whole blood in vitro was determined; at the immunophenotyping – increase in the percentage of circulating gammadelta T-lymphocytes and a decrease in the subpopulation proportion of IFN-g - producing gamma-delta T-lymphocytes, including antigen-induced ones in vitro was noted. It is assumed that AFL increases the migration of effector gamma-delta cells in the foci of tuberculosis inflammation.
