Histiocytosis from Langergans cells in children
Abstract
The data on 25 children with the diagnosis Langergans cell histiocytosis (GCH) have been presented for the period from 1998 to 2008. Monosystem GCH was diagnosed among 18 children (72%), multisystem type 7 children (28%). The bon system suffers more in monosystem type of GCH. Polysystem GCH can be observed in children of early age. The state of disease and prognosis depend from involving the risky organs to pathological process. The prognosis is favourable in monosystem form, but in multisystem GCH the efficiency of treatment was not enough.
