Method of predicting of purulent-inflammatory complications and surgical sepsis after cholecystectomies
Abstract
Inflammatory complications in the abdominal cavity are the most frequent complications after operations on the gall bladder.The chair of faculty surgery of the Amur State Medical Academy carries out complex scientific work on the problem:”Prophylaхis and prognosis of the complications of the beliferous pathways surgery”. Our investigation is aimed at: working out of rational methods of prognosis of purulent complications after cholecystectomies in elderly and old patients. The authors noted a definite dependens between the degree of disturbance of the immune system and postoperative complications, functional condition of the liver and postoperative purulent complications.
