Features of dynamics of the electrocardiogram daily monitoring in patients with complicated course of hypertensive disease (ischemic stroke) in combination with coronary heart disease
Abstract
Holter monitoring was made in 77 patients with complicated course of hypertension in combination with coronary heart disease in the acute period of ischemic stroke and in a year after disease. In the course of year most of the patients did not accept drug treatment or they were treated not regularly.
