Adaptive capacity of single wrestlers of Yakutia
Abstract
The computer express diagnostics of level of adaptation to physical activities spent on a hardware-software complex «Omega-S» of 100 qualified sportsmen and of 100 young sportsmen of Yakutia. By the results of the spent researches аn adaptable potential at qualified sportsmen in 2 times above than at juniors.
