Change in mortality rate is affected by changes in the quаntity and age structure of population, conditioned by migration processes, and also socio-economical living condition. During this period there was a change in the rank structure of mortality. Forecast of population mortality rate of Yakutia depends on the pace of economic development and well-being of Russian citizens.
