Surgical treatment of generalized atherosclerosis with combined hemodynamically significant lesion of coronary and carotid arteries

Abstract

This article illustrates surgical treatment results analysis of patients with the combined disease of coronary and carotid arteries. The patients underwent a multi-step or a single-step surgery. On the basis of received results, a strategy of surgical tactics has been offered on how to treat this category of patients.
