Зрительно-образная и семантическая память при болезни Паркинсона: анализ клинических случаев

Целью работы является конкретизация механизмов трансформации содержания, подлежащего запоминанию, в процессе консолидации и реконсолидации у пациентов с болезнью Паркинсона (БП).

Наличие нейродегенеративных изменений вследствие патологического процесса при БП достоверно изменяет качество (объем и точность) извлекаемой информации или приводит к ее полной потере. У пациентов вне зависимости от формы заболевания (дрожательная, акинетико-ригидная или смешанная) консолидируется значимо меньший объем информации (как слухоречевой, так и зрительно-образной). Данная тенденция является соотносимой с выраженным искажением в процессе извлечения информации.
