Food Security and Analysis of Actual Nutrition in the Russian Federation and Sakha Republic (Yakutia)
Abstract
Theoretical aspects of food security of the Russian Federation are considered. The comparative analysis of the actual food according to selective inspection of budgets of house farms during 2001, 20082012 and epidemiological research of the actual food in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Russian Federation and in federal districts is carried out.
