Факторы риска развития и разрыва церебральных аневризм

Аннотация

В обзоре рассматриваются данные эпидемиологических, патофизиологических и генетических исследований, посвященных поиску факторов риска развития нетравматических аневризм сосудов головного мозга и субарахноидального кровоизлияния. Результаты проведенных в последнее время исследований подтверждают, что формирование и разрыв церебральных аневризм происходит вследствие сложного взаимодействия модифицируемых факторов и генетической предрасположенности. Открытие новых факторов риска заболевания, в том числе генетических, вносит вклад в понимание механизмов развития церебральных аневризм, а также может стать основой для профилактики субарахноидального кровоизлияния.
