Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of surgical treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT). The paper presents a comparison of the results of surgical treatment performed from a standard access with a mandatory revision of 4 parathyroid glands and a gentle method of small access with the removal of the affected parathyroid glands. The obtained results showed the promise of sparing approach to the treatment of PPT caused by adenoma of the parathyroid glands.
