Abstract
In this work, we analyzed the polymorphism rs3104413 of the HLA-DQA1 gene among patients with type 1 diabetes and a control sample from the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). Diabetes mellitus type 1 (type 1 diabetes) among all forms of diabetes is no more than 10-15%, and type 1 diabetes is considered to be the most important medico-social problem of health care, since this disease often occurs in childhood and adolescence, it is characterized by the severity of the course, early disability and mortality.
