Role of polymorphism of I148M gene PNPLA3 in the progression of liver diseases in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B, C

Abstract

   The article presents an overview of the results of research by a number of authors concerning the relationship between I148M polymorphism of gene PNPLA3 variant and steatosis, fibrosis, liver cancer in patients with chronic hepatitis B and C.
