Abstract

The article describes a clinical case of a hematotoxic adverse reaction in a patient against the background of ongoing anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy. It has been established that the appearance of anemia of mixed genesis with thrombocytopenia in a patient is associated with the intake of PASK. On the background of the replacement therapy with blood components and the cancellation of anti-TB drugs, blood counts returned to normal.
