Анализ эпидемиологии, методов лечения и исходов переломов плюсневых костей у детей

Аннотация
Проведена систематизация данных научной литературы по переломам плюсневых костей, их лечению и корреляции с посттравматическим плоскостопием. Обзор составлен из оригинальных статей, найденных в научных базах данных eLibrary, PubMED, Scopus. На стопе существуют 3 точки опоры: пяточная кость и две головки плюсневых костей: I и V. Повреждения данных структур в зависимости от дальнейшей тактики лечения могут приводить к различным исходам. В изученной литературе обозначены разнообразные способы оперативного и консервативного лечения, отмечены корреляции между переломами костей стопы, в частности плюсневых, и развитием посттравматического плоскостопия. Большой интерес представляет корреляция между методами лечения переломов плюсневых костей и развитием посттравматического плоскостопия. По результатам исследований авторы отмечают разнообразие методов лечения, корреляцию между переломами плюсневых костей и посттравматическим плоскостопием.
Исследования в области корреляции переломов костей стопы и посттравматического плоскостопия актуальны на данный момент и требуют дальнейшего научного поиска. Также отмечено малое количество материала по исследованиям посттравматического плоскостопия у детей.
