Влияние курения на уровень онкомаркеров в сыворотке крови населения РС(Я)

Аннотация
Результаты нашего исследования свидетельствуют, что курение стимулирует экспрессию онкомаркеров в сыворотке крови курильщиков. Уровень онкомаркеров повышается с увеличением стажа курения. В организме курильщиков концентрация онкомаркеров повышается в молодом и среднем возрасте, нежели в пожилом. Снижение показателей онкомаркеров в пожилом возрасте объясняется, вероятно, естественным преждевременным выбыванием курящих из популяции.
