The impact of the introduction of the internal evaluation system on the performance of the medical organization

Abstract
The study provides an analysis of changes in the performance indicators of the state medical organization after the implementation of an internal performance appraisal system of employees in medical structural units. The implementation of this system showed statistically significant positive dynamics of the performance indicators of the medical organization, indicators of personnel and patient satisfaction.
