Abstract

Schoolchildren of Siberia (Tyva, Evenkia, Aginsky Buryatsky National District, Krasnoyarsk city) with gastrointestinal complaints were examined. Aim: to study the features of clinical manifestations and indicators of circulating cytokines in gastritis in schoolchildren with familial predisposition to the peptic ulcer disease.
It was found out that in children with familial predisposition, gastritis occurs with the involvement of the systemic level of cytokine regulation (expression of IL-4, IFN-α). Moreover, in children with H. pylori infection, the cytokine regulation of the inflammatory process is specific (TNM-α expression).
