Abstract
A comprehensive clinical and biometric study of anatomical deformities of the upper jaw, taking into account congenital deformities of the hard palate in children and adolescents with various degrees of severity of connective tissue dysplasia, was carried out in order to determine the degree of narrowing of the dentition. The results obtained contribute to an increase in the efficiency of treatment of dentoalveolar deformities, in particular with anatomical deformities of the height of the fornix of the hard palate, due to the prompt implementation of complex therapy with dynamic monitoring at the stages of correction of dentoalveolar anomalies. The developed method makes it possible to increase the efficiency of treatment of deformities of the dentition and anomalies of the occlusion of the upper jaw.
