Abstract
The article presents an individualized method of regional lymphotropic therapy (RLTT) in combination with photophoresis in the complex treatment of newly diagnosed destructive pulmonary tuberculosis with multidrug-resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis (MDR MBT). The technique was developed for the treatment of patients with a low degree of resistance (1 μg / ml) of MBT to isoniazid in patients with a weak and medium type of drug inactivation. As a result of applying this methodology, an increase in the effectiveness of the treatment is noted within the period of up to 6 months.
