Роль андрогенов в патогенезе рака эндометрия

Аннотация

Рак эндометрия за последние десятилетия по заболеваемости вышел на первое место в рейтинге онкогинекологических заболеваний во всем мире. Исследования последних лет показывают стероидозависимость рака эндометрия не только от эстрогенов, но и от андрогенов, непосредственно участвующих в сложных процессах трансформации в эстрогены. Опубликованные данные в достаточной степени противоречивы, неоднозначны, подтверждают антипролиферативную роль андрогенов в патогенезе рака тела матки. Настоящий обзор посвящен анализу публикаций, касающихся роли андрогенов в патогенезе и возможном клиническом противоопухолевом применении андрогенов.
