Клинико-морфологические особенности фиброматоза десмоидного типа

Аннотация
С целью изучения клинико-морфологических особенностей фиброматоза десмоидного типа проведен анализ литературы. Установлено, что фиброматоз десмоидного типа является локально агрессивной миофибробластной опухолью, возникающей в мышечно-апоневротических структурах. На клиническую картину влияет локализация опухоли и её инвазивный рост в окружающие ткани.
Сложность диагностики обусловлена редкостью и морфологическим сходством с саркомами мягких тканей. С целью исключения злокачественного новообразования используется иммуногистохимическое исследование. Установлено, что для особенностей фиброматоза десмоидного типа характерна выраженная диффузная ядерная экспрессия бета-катенина, реакции на DOG1, CD117, S-100 и SMA негативны.
