Abstract

The article analyzes the data of a study of patients who applied for initial consultation at the cabinet of cognitive disorders of the Clinic of the Yakut Science Centre of Complex Medical Problems in the period 2018-2019. The age of the patients ranged from 24 to 90 years. To assess the structure of cognitive disorders, an analysis was carried out using the Montreal Cognitive Scale (MoCA) and the modified Khachinsky ischemic scale. Cognitive disorders have been correlated to age and educational level. Various neurodegenerative diseases were identified and specified.
