Нейротрофический фактор мозга (BDNF) и его диагностическая значимость при измерении в крови: аналитический обзор

Аннотация

В обзоре приведены основные сведения о биологической роли, содержании и регуляции нейротрофического фактора мозга (BDNF) в организме (раздел I), о концентрации BDNF в крови при нейропсихических заболеваниях (раздел II) и выполнен анализ сопряженности содержания BDNF в головном мозге и периферической крови (раздел III, основной).
