Сondition of the carbohydrate metabolism in system mother-fetus in pregnant women with neurometabolic-endocrinal syndrome

Abstract

Investigation of a carbohydrate metabolism in 106 pregnant women with neurometabolic-endocrinal syndrome (NMES) depending on degree of adiposity and in 40 newborn girls in arterial umbilical blood is carried. Results are compared with similar in pregnant women without endocrinal pathologies. In mothers with NMES the glucose and insulin maintenance are higher, than without endocrinal pathologies. The glucose maintenance in an umbilical blood was in direct correlation dependence with the maintenance in blood of mother and in return – with the insulin maintenance. Newborns with transitory hypoglycemia and Caro index lower 0,33 make risk group on development of metabolic disorders.
