Studying of toxicity of standard chemotherapy schemes at a lung cancer
Abstract
40 patients with small-cell lung cancer were under research (20 patients in YROH, 20 – RONC after N.N. Blohin of Russian Academy of Medical Science) which have received chemotherapy courses by docetaxel (taxoter) 75 мг/м2 once a day, cisplatin 75 mg/m2 once a day with recurrence of cycles each 3 weeks.
Results of research testify that the chemotherapy docetaxel + cisplatin is an effective method of small-cell lung cancer treatment. More expressed toxicity in the Yakut group is revealed, in this connection expedient continuation of search of new ways of the decision of the given problem is represented.
