Areflux jejunostomy as an intermediate stage in the treatment of decompensated stenosis of the esophagus
Abstract
The authors show the results of 24 patients who have been treated according to the suggested methods of forming an areflux jejunostomy. The methods allowed in short time to restore the metabolic status means by stabilization of the anabolic processes, normalization indicators of the proteinogram and immune status. Also it allowed to keep the stomach for further esophagogastroplastic and had no negative appearances such as secreting aggressive intestinal contents on the front abdominal wall.
