Микробиом опухолей поджелудочной железы

Аннотация

Рак поджелудочной железы (РПЖ) является одним из самых летальных типов злокачественных новообразований с очень низкой выживаемостью (5-7%), которая связана со сложностью его ранней диагностики и агрессивным течением. Прогрессия и метастазирование опухоли завязаны на множестве аспектов, одним из которых является её микробиом. Микробиота участвует в формировании иммунной толерантной среды, что способствует развитию рака, индуцируя процессы ангиогенеза, хеморезистентности, подавления иммунных клеток, инвазии и метастазирования опухоли. Изменения микробного состава опухоли и модуляция иммунной функции в конечном итоге могут повлиять на течение и исход заболевания. Расширение знаний о составе и путях попадания микроорганизмов в такие опухоли, как рак поджелудочной железы, позволит найти факторы, прогнозирующие их поведение и потенциальные таргеты для терапии. Цель обзора: обобщение известных к настоящему времени о составе микробиома и источниках микроорганизмов в опухолях поджелудочной железы.
