Современные направления в исследовании этиопатогенеза идиопатического сколиоза у детей
Аннотация
Дан обзор результатов проведенных исследований и существующих в настоящее время представлений об этиологии и патогенезе ювенильного идиопатического сколиоза (ЮИС) у детей и подростков. Обсуждаются нейро-анатомические взаимоотношения и роль системной дисфункции в патогенезе ЮИС. Отражены современные теории развития, основные факторы риска развития и прогрессирования ювенильного идиопатического сколиоза у детей, его основные компоненты. Подчеркивается важность продолжения исследований ЮИС на молекулярно-биохимическом уровне, необходимость выделения специфических параметров – маркеров развития идиопатического сколиоза для совершенствования подходов к диагностике, прогнозированию особенностей течения, профилактике и лечению данного заболевания у детей.
